New members of society are having fun at “Tondemi Heiwajima”! Lunch at a popular cafe was also great.

These days, I feel like I'm holed up in a heated room and I'm worried about my lack of exercise. Now that I'm a working adult, I have fewer opportunities to exercise.
I have to do something about this... As I was thinking about this, I happened to see a video of "Tondemi Heiwajima" on the internet. There you can see people having fun on the trampoline, climbing, and doing some unique activities. Hey, this is it!

I called on four of my friends who are also new members of the workforce, and decided to go to ``Tondemi Heiwajima'' in Heiwajima, Ota Ward!

Before your workout, grab a bite to eat at Belle Couleur, a popular cafe on Heiwajima. Eating a nutritious lunch and carefully selected sweets, and moving your body through athletic activities...I will report on such a healthy holiday!

Gather at Heiwajima! First, let's go to a popular local cafe for lunch.

The nearest station to Tondemi Heiwajima is Heiwajima Station on the Keikyu Main Line. First, we decided to have lunch at a restaurant near the station. We headed to a popular cafe where you can enjoy the best value for money lunch and carefully selected sweets.

Exit the ticket gate at Heiwajima Station and head west for about 3 minutes, and you'll soon arrive at the cafe you're looking for!

This is "Belle Couleur"! The bright purple signboard and stylish walls paved with white stones catch your eye even from a distance.

When I entered the store and was shown to my seat by the kind-looking owner, I was greeted by a compact but carefully designed space.

The interior has purple chairs that match the store's signboard and colorful wallpaper, making you feel good just by being there.

We ordered and shared three types of delicious lunches: Ota Shio Yakisoba, Beef Tendon Cheese Omelette Hayashi, and a great-value lunch plate.

Ten minutes of waiting. The colorful dishes were brought to your seat! A delicious smell wafted from every plate, and you could almost hear the sounds of gulping from everyone in the room (lol).

We decided to share what we ordered and try it out.
The first item is the "Hitorisama Heaven Plate" (1 yen).

This is an original lunch plate designed to celebrate the fact that "Belle Couleur" was selected as the official "Hitorisama Heaven" restaurant chosen by the idol group "Nogizaka46" and was inspired by Nogizaka46 members' favorite foods.

When you taste it, you can tell that each dish is carefully prepared. The stuffed peppers in particular have an amazingly meaty and juicy texture.

According to the owner, some customers come from far away just to try this stuffed pepper.

The ``Cream Tonjiru'' that came with the plate was the most gentle-tasting pork soup I've ever had, with the smoothness of the cream accented by the richness of the miso.

The second item is "Tokyo Ota Shio Yakisoba" (2 yen), a local gourmet dish from Ota Ward. This yakisoba is made with ingredients associated with Ota Ward, and the flat noodles are inspired by the clear waters of the Rokugo Irrigation Water and have a chewy texture that makes it extremely filling.

The crunchy vegetables that were stir-fried with the noodles and the crunchy plums, named after Ota City's ward flower, were added to the dish, making for a fun dish with textures.

The last item is "Beef tendon cheese omelet" (1,500 yen). This dish is one of the most popular among the many on the menu, and is a luxurious dish consisting of a creamy egg topped with plenty of cheese and a rich hash sauce.

It was so delicious that it directly stimulated my senses of sight, smell, and taste, and I was hooked on it until the last bite.

The special ``Heiwajima Basque Cheesecake'' and ``Heiwajima Cheese Soft'' are sold separately!

I would like to say that I was very satisfied with my delicious lunch, but the two things I couldn't miss were the restaurant's famous "Heiwajima Cheesecake" (300 yen~) and "Heiwajima Cheese Soft" (350 yen)! We will also share this with everyone.

First, we have a Basque cheesecake made with cream cheese and fresh cream from Hokkaido. When you scoop up the soft dough with a spoon and bring it to your mouth, it will melt and spread out. The taste is elegantly sweet and light, and before you know it, the contents of your plate are gone...!

``Heiwajima Cheese Soft'' is a soft serve ice cream made with Hokkaido cream cheese and raw milk. Despite its smooth texture, it has a rich flavor that makes you feel like you are eating freshly squeezed raw milk soft serve on a farm. It seems that.

I had a lot of fun talking about my impressions of comparing sweets with my friends and deciding on my own favorite sweets. By the way, my favorite is "Plain Basque Cheesecake" because simple is best.

Once your stomach is full, walk to “Tondemi Heiwajima”!

After finishing lunch, we met up with two others who had arrived later and headed to Tondemi Heiwajima. "Tondemi Heiwajima" is about 2 minutes walk from Heiwajima Station. There is also a one-coin bus from Heiwajima Station to Tondemi Heiwajima, so it is safe for families with children who find it difficult to get there on foot.

As I was walking and talking with my friends, I saw a blue sign!

This is the long-awaited "Tondemi Heiwajima". The building itself is see-through, so you can see the lively atmosphere inside. I was nervous because I wanted to play as soon as possible, so I went inside!

Since this was the first time for all of us, we first registered as members at the reception desk. You will be given Tondemi socks and a membership card at the reception, so be careful not to lose them! Socks and membership card are required even for second and subsequent visits.

Tondemi's original socks have a non-slip backing to prevent injury. When you put on the matching socks, you'll feel like you're back in your school days.

I felt both embarrassed and happy, so I couldn't help but take a commemorative photo.

Before playing, carefully stretch in the "stretch area". Stretch your body properly to prevent any injuries.

In the trampoline area of about 200 tsubo, everyone jumps up and down and gets excited!

First, we came to the "trampoline area" on the third floor! There are a total of 3 trampolines in an area of approximately 200 tsubo, so you can try a variety of activities.

First, try your hand at jumping and diving in the "Jump Pit" zone!

I tried my best to attack the volleyball hanging above my head, but it turned out to be surprisingly difficult...! One of the members of the group with soccer experience was able to successfully attack, and everyone in the room cheered.

In the "Free Zone" where you can enjoy jumping freely, you can jump up and down to your heart's content and get excited.

Tips and techniques for how to fly were written on the wall, so while looking at them, we tried ``knee drop'' and ``carry jump'', and jumped with ``seno'' to see who could jump the highest. Let's try a showdown.

As I was jumping up and down, sweat started to drip down my forehead. You might even burn off the calories from the lunch you just ate just by having fun! ?

In "Valley Zone", it's a serious 2-on-2 battle! With the help of the trampoline, I was able to hit spikes that I couldn't normally do, and I felt like a professional athlete.

Lastly, try a race showdown in the "Jumping Race Zone." The characters on the screen move in conjunction with each other, and the more you jump, the faster the characters will move.

Everyone was exhausted as they jumped to compete with their opponents. All activities are fun, so be careful not to exhaust your energy early on (lol).

A new type of obstacle competition! ? A serious competition for adults in the “Air Run Area”

After replenishing your hydration and taking a short break, head to the "Air Run Area".

This is a new sensation air obstacle athletic course. The course is soft and fluffy everywhere, so you can play safely even though there are many obstacles.

When you're ready, stand on the starting line and let's compete!

Break through the obstacles waiting at the end of the course and press the red button placed at the final point of the race to reach the goal!

Looking at the times, the results were close...! Their expressions of regret, such as "I lost~" and "I'm so frustrated!!", make it seem like they're back in their school days. Now that I'm an adult, being able to become serious during a playful showdown is extremely valuable.

7 types of super unique activities! "Tondemi Party Area"

Next, take the escalator down to the first floor and discover the "Tondemi Party Area". With a total of 1 types of activities available, it can be difficult to decide which zone to play in.

The first challenge was "Ningen Tower Battle". Teamwork is important in this activity, where photos taken within a time limit are stacked up like building blocks on the screen. We aimed to break the highest record while giving advice to each other to prevent the tower from collapsing!

If you go further, you will find a box-shaped activity! This is a new activity "Jump Twister" that just appeared in July 2023.

Face off while ducking and jumping to avoid hitting the two irregularly rotating bars. Although it looked easy, it was quite difficult to move in time with the rotation of the bar, so even though we were of different genders and physiques, we were able to compete well.

Try climbing for the first time at the “Climbing Wall Area”

The last area we visited was the "climbing wall area".

The climbing wall, which is about 10m high at its maximum, is so impressive that everyone in the room can't help but say, "Wow!" and "It's huge!"

Before playing, first put on the helmet and harness. We were also given instructions on how to use it.

After the explanation is over, try climbing the wall for the first time in your life! Each wall has a different level of difficulty, so I started by choosing a wall that even beginners could climb.

The wall of about 6m is quite high! I felt like I would get scared if I looked back, so I just concentrated on climbing towards the top.

There is a "Tondemi Photo" booth set up on the wall, where you can take realistic commemorative photos from above. Be careful not to fall off the wall, face the camera, and say, Peace!

Next, go to "Stay Away to Heaven," where you climb up 13 poles that rise to the ceiling.

I thought, ``I can climb this much!'' and tried it casually, but since the poles are made of a slightly soft sponge-like material, my feet were not completely stable, and I was quite scared of them wobbling...!

When I watch my friends climbing, I can't help but get nervous...!

In the "climbing wall area", you can also try the "vertical slider" where you slide down from a height of about 7 meters vertically.

You can cross a rope approximately 3.5m high at the nearby Rope Walk Area.
There were lots of activities that you could enjoy while moving your body!

At the end, everyone gathered together and took a commemorative photo in front of the climbing wall. She exercised a lot, so her body was tired, but she felt refreshed thanks to a good sweat. The 120 minutes went by in the blink of an eye!

With today's fun memories in mind, I'll be able to do my best at work and daily life starting tomorrow! It was a day that not only helped me overcome my lack of exercise, but also filled my heart.
