Boulangerie Towaire
Right next to Senzoku Pond there is a bakery that sells "Katsu Burgers," a local delicacy associated with Katsu Kaishu.
That is "Boulangerie Towaire"
The landmark is a sign with a distinctive pink checkered pattern.
Because Senzokuike is a place with a connection to Katsu Kaishu, the owner wanted to create a specialty gourmet dish that would please customers, and so he came up with the idea for the Katsu Burger.
It is a masterpiece filled with love for the region.
